Known accessibility limitations

Xofar works to provide an accessible experience, but some parts of the travel journey may involve third-party services that we do not fully control. These may include:

  • Maps and other external services
  • Documents or files generated by third-party providers

These services may not always provide the same level of accessibility as Xofar. When we become aware of an accessibility barrier involving a third-party service, we will work to identify an appropriate alternative or assist you in completing your booking.

Need help?

If you experience an accessibility barrier while using Xofar, please contact us. We want to understand what went wrong and help you complete your travel needs. When reporting an issue, it is helpful to include:

  • The device you are using
  • Your browser or app version
  • The page, feature or service affected
  • A description of the difficulty you experienced
  • What you were trying to accomplish
  • Any alternative assistance you may need

In-app support: available through the Xofar app. If you need assistance completing a booking or accessing a service, please let our support team know. We will work with you to identify an available alternative where possible.

Request an accommodation

If you need an alternative way to access or complete a Xofar service, please contact our support team. Examples may include:

  • Assistance completing a booking
  • Information in an alternative format
  • Additional assistance navigating a service

Our standards
WCAG 2.1 Level AA

Internationally recognised guidelines for making web content accessible. Xofar uses recognised accessibility standards and guidance to inform the development of our digital experiences.

Where applicable to our services and operations, we also consider relevant accessibility requirements and regulations in the markets where we operate. Compliance with a particular law or regulation may depend on the applicable jurisdiction, service and circumstances.
